Police officer loses Taser while searching for wounded kangaroo

A POLICE officer searching for a wounded kangaroo has lost a Taser stun gun in dense central Queensland bush.A holster containing the stun gun was believed to have fallen off the officer's belt while he was walking through dense bush at Tannum Sands, south of Gladstone on Sunday.
Police say the officer was responding to a report of dogs attacking and wounding a kangaroo.
An extensive police search has failed to find the Taser.
